Request a Support Pack

Education Support Pack

The committee decided to purchase a quantity of Education Packs which had been produced by the Down’s Syndrome Education Consortium to offer to any schools interested in having one. It was felt that although the information was available to download from the DSA website, schools would prefer to have a proper pack which would be readily available to refer to. They were also offered the opportunity to receive regular copies of our newsletter, which the majority of schools have taken up.

If you think your school would benefit from an Education Support Pack, please contact Deidre Clements.

Hospital Support Pack

The committee have produced an Information Pack, which has been made available for Hospitals to supply to New Parents or expectant Mothers who have been diagnosed with a high potential to have a Down syndrome baby. The purpose of these packs is to provide in one document a selection of factual information, newsletters and local contacts in order to provide accurate and clear information.

The pack contains a number of items including, an introduction letter, local and national contact details, ‘Your questions answered’ publication, a newsletter from DSE21 and a Just Kids book.

If you think your hospital would benefit from a Hospital Support Pack or requires more copies, please contact Deidre Clements.
