Up the river to see the Sights
Saturday 14th June and 125 of our members met up for another trip aboard the MV Pocahontas from Tilbury all the way up to Greenwich and Beyond.
Once again we were blessed with a dry day for our (becoming Annual) trip up the River Thames to lovely Royal Greenwich. Observing the sights and listening to the commentary those aboard could chill out and enjoy the trip whilst savouring some of the on board beverages. At Greenwich this year we had the choice to disembark or remain aboard, those who wished to see a little more of the river were treated to a trip under into the capital as far as Vauxhall seeing lots more of the wonderful sights London has to offer before turning round for a slow lazy trip back to Greenwich to collect the others.
The day was another wonderfully relaxing day enjoyed by everyone aboard and very well supported.
