Upcoming Events
We have been busy planning our events for the next few months so to keep you all aware of what’s been planned so far please read on.
SATURDAY 11th JUNE
It’s back by popular demand – a trip up the River Thames again on the MV Pochahontas. Booking forms will be sent out after Easter. Numbers are strictly limited for safety and comfort so please get your form back as soon as possible after you receive it to reserve your place.
SUNDAY 26th JUNE
We are returning to Barleylands Farm Park again this year for our AGM and Family Day. Please check out their website, www.barleylands.co.uk, to learn more about the new attractions you will find there this year. Further information will be sent nearer the time.
AUGUST
As our trip to Lambourne End on a weekday (rather than at the weekend) last year was such a success we are planning to do the same again this year. No definite date as yet but a flyer will go out in plenty of time to enable you to book your place.
SUNDAY 11th SEPTEMBER
We have organised another day at Stubbers Activity Centre. More details and booking form will be sent out nearer the time.
OCTOBER/NOVEMBER
Nothing arranged yet – if there is something you think would be good to do or there is somewhere you know of that would be good to visit, please let us know. Your suggestions will be welcome!
SATURDAY 10TH DECEMBER – 2pm
Join us at the Queens Theatre. Hornchurch to watch this year’s pantomime, Cinderella. Booking forms will be sent out in the autumn for this popular trip.
SUNDAY 11th DECEMBER
Although it seems a long way off, please put this date in your diary now for our annual Christmas party, a great way to get into the festive mood.
SATURDAY 31st DECEMBER – 2.15pm
Our last event for 2016 is our annual visit to see the pantomime at the Cliffs Pavilion, Southend-on-Sea – Aladdin is their choice for this year. Again, booking forms will be sent out in the autumn.
